Soroptimists Public Speaking Competition
Aoibhe Burke and Andrea Delaney participated in the Soroptimists Public
Speaking Competition in Ballinasloe today. Both girls acquited themselves
brilliantly. They were competing against students from Tuam,
Mountbellew and Ballinasloe. The girls did not go through to the next
round, an honour that went to two very experienced competitors.
Each participant was presented with a Newbridge silver bracelet. Well
done girls!
